Rupert's Time is a story about Rupert Hapsburg who has discovered that his life's work as a cartoonist at the local news paper has amounted to nothing. To make things worse his marriage has fallen apart and he is now going through a divorce. All the stress in his life has forced him to evaluate his purpose in life which has ultimately led him to make a dramatic decision ultering his life for good.
